District 24-B shall comprise all the Clubs located in cities within or surrounded by the following Virginia Counties, as well as Clubs in the following Virginia Counties: Amelia, Amherst, Appomattox, Brunswick, Buckingham, Campbell, Caroline, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Greensville, Halifax, Hanover, Henrico, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Nottoway, Pittsylvania, Powhatan, Prince Edward, and Prince George.
District 24-C shall comprise all the Clubs located in cities within or surrounded by the following Virginia Counties, as well as Clubs in the following Virginia Counties: Albemarle, Alleghany, Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Fluvanna, Frederick, Greene, Highland, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, Orange, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Warren.
District 24-D shall comprise all the Clubs located in cities within or surrounded by the following Virginia Counties, as well as Clubs in the following Virginia Counties: Accomac, Charles City, Essex, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, King and Queen, King William, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, New Kent, Northampton, Northumberland, Richmond, Southampton, Surry, Sussex, York, and the Cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.
District 24-E shall comprise all the clubs located in cities within or surrounded by the following Virginia Counties, as well as Clubs in the following Virginia Counties: Bedford, Botetourt, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, and Roanoke.
District 24-F shall comprise all the Clubs located in cities within or surrounded by the following Virginia Counties, as well as Clubs in the following Virginia Counties: Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Dickenson, Grayson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe.
SECTION 2. A Club shall be considered to be in good standing (1) when the Club has met the requirements of the International Constitution and By-Laws, as amended, qualifying them to hold a Charter; and (2) when the duly chartered Club is under no restrictive
