Greetings from Campaign SightFirst II!

It's Halftime
This January, Lions stand at the midway point between a goal declared and
a goal achieved. The sight of 37 million people depends on our efforts
during the final 18 months of Campaign SightFirst II. Here are a few
CSFII basics to help your club do all it can for SightFirst in the second
half of CSFII:

Club News & Photos (details in above link):
· Nearly 500 Lions and friends from District 20-K2 and District 20-S
(USA) who sold tickets for a professional hockey game to benefit CSFII.
· A more than 300-member Lions club, the Conroe Noon Lions Club, pledged
to be a Model Club in Lions year 2006-2007.
· 15 MJF pledges from the Sibu Pahlawan Lions Club (District 308-A2,
Malaysia) were donated to CSFII.

* US$64 million raised toward CSFII's minimum goal of US$150 million
* A CSFII MJF costs just US$0.91 per day (over three years) and saves the
sight of 167 people
* 7.1 million people have received a SightFirst cataract surgery thanks
to Lions
